Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, and a passion for building relationships. There is opportunity for the position to turn into a full-time role at the end of the 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales and marketing strategy
  • Update and refine sales strategy according to experiences
  • Build relationships with prospects understanding their needs, interests and how our product can help them reach their goals
  • Communicate progress and needs to team members for support
  • Manage and track customer relationships using CRM

 

To be effective in this role you have: 

  • Self-discipline with the ability to work independently
  • Experience using CRM for sales management
  • Enthusiasm and energy, with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to connect and build relationships with prospects and peers.
  • Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of projects, topics and roles.
  • Motivation to continually improve yourself through learning
  • Knowledge or passion in diversity, inclusion and belonging
  • Experience working in small teams
  • Experience in B2B sales
