BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, and a passion for building relationships. There is opportunity for the position to turn into a full-time role at the end of the 6 month contract.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales and marketing strategy
- Update and refine sales strategy according to experiences
- Build relationships with prospects understanding their needs, interests and how our product can help them reach their goals
- Communicate progress and needs to team members for support
- Manage and track customer relationships using CRM
To be effective in this role you have:
- Self-discipline with the ability to work independently
- Experience using CRM for sales management
- Enthusiasm and energy, with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to connect and build relationships with prospects and peers.
- Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of projects, topics and roles.
- Motivation to continually improve yourself through learning
- Knowledge or passion in diversity, inclusion and belonging
- Experience working in small teams
- Experience in B2B sales
